Alex's Kindergarten class went on a field trip to an apple orchard on October 9th and I got to go with them. We got to go on a wagon ride pulled by a tractor out to the apple trees where we each picked 5 apples.
Alex thought the tractor driver was so cool because he stood up while he was driving.
There was a small petting zoo, a playground......
.......................and a little girl who couldn't keep her hands off of Alex!
We learned all about the pollination of an apple tree and about honey bees. We were surprised to learn that it takes 12 bees their whole life span to produce 1 teaspoon of honey. Wow!!
Gray had a doctor appointment at the end of September. He is healthy, happy and 18 pounds!
Gray got to start eating baby food and started with rice cereal. He had a hard time figuring out how to swallow, instead he kept spitting it out.
Micah loves to cuddle and play with Gray.
Alex is a natural at baseball. He has a great swing. His team was made up of boys ages 5-8. He was the youngest and had no experience. At first the coaches and team were nervous to have him in there, but he did great and they all loved him.
